In Centerprism’s ERP, PrismView™ is integrated into data inquiries, searches, and lists of virtually every card or transactional file in nearly all GP modules. As opposed to Excel, all searches and inquires in PrismView™ are real-time as they directly connected to your GP database. Field Chooser™

Field Chooser™ provides instant drag/drop functionality to add or remove data columns in any PrismView™ grid. Field Chooser™ directly accesses virtually any field from any SQL table so grid views can be customized for each user

Prism Filter™

Prism Filter™ extends the filtering capability of the PrismView  grid with a variety of filtering options. The user can see a drop down of all values within a column and check or uncheck any single or group of items for easier filtering. Custom fitlering options with a popup dialogue box are also available.

Prism Summaries™

Prism Summaries™ offer the ability to calculate the sum of any or all numeric entries in a column with a simple click. Summaries can be pre-set to appear upon launching a PrismView grid. Multiple columns can be summed simultaneously. Columns with a summed value with automatically display the sub-values of that column for each group or sub-group. Multiple calculations can be displayed simultaneously for each column including: Sum, Average, Maximum, Minimum, or Count (the number or rows or entries in a column).

Prism Edit™

PrismEdit – provides the ability to perform mass editing of data in a PrismView  grid for virtually any card file such as customers, items, vendors, and accounts, etc. The check/uncheck tool makes item selection fast and easy. The user can review the changes being made before saving to the database. The ‘undo’ button can fix human errors easily.
