Prism Filter™ extends the filtering capability of the Prismview grid and a variety of filtering options. Prismview™ offers that ability to calculate the sum of all numeric entries in a column with a simple click. These summaries can be pre-set to appear upon launching a Prismview'” grid. Multiple columns can be summed simultaneously. Columns that have a summed value will automatically display the sub values of that column for each group or sub-group. Multiple calculations can be displayed simultaneously for each column and include Sum, average, maximum, minimum, or count (for counting the number of rows or entries in a column).
“PrismView” provides the ability to perform mass editing of data in a PrismView data grid for virtually any card file such as customers, items, vendors, accounts, etc. The easy check/uncheck all tools makes item selection fast and easy. The user can display the changes performed before saving to the database. An ”undo” button is also available.
